I love these classes! I've been attending them for a little over 6 months. I'm so glad I've found a routine that I will actually do consistently. The Stacy Yip workouts were fantastic. There were always options that fit my crazy schedule. The groups were very small, and the leader would be supportive and also make specific, tailored suggestions. And the exercise options allowed me to challenge myself (or if it was too much, to go easier for a moment). I loved this program and recommend it.

Stacy and everyone at Yip are incredible. I turned 30 today, and a personal goal I set for myself was that by 30 I would have a solid foundation and routine in terms of my health, and I genuinely feel like taking Yip classes helped me get there! Stacy Yip is the best trainer I’ve ever had. She perfectly mixes pushing me with being compassionate and understanding. I feel very lucky to have met her and to be working with her.

In her online workouts, she pays attention and encourages us along at our own pace but she also pushes us to go a little further or do a little more than what we think we can do. She doesn’t criticize. She pays attention to form and makes sure we are safe to avoid injury.

In her one-on-one training, she is flexible, open, and creative. She made a great nutrition/food plan for me that I could work with and be successful with toward my goals. She is patient, kind, and encouraging in ways that I didn’t expect. I really appreciate her for that.

She helps me set my goals and stay with them, and I’ve been successful which says it all. She talks with me about anything and everything that could keep me from my fitness goals and encourages me or modifies my program as needed.

Stacy is great. She’s intelligent, educated, and informed, she’s a good listener and a good person.

A wonderful challenge with supportive instructors! I started classes unable to do a single pushup or sit up and within a few months am now able to do many. My core strength and stability are improving, it has reduced my back pain, and really boosted my confidence!

WOW!! Yip Fitness with Stacy was a pleasant surprise. I was attending workout classes with a group of 20+ people but decided to try this online course. I really love the instructors who assist and encourage your every move. Different levels of how to do the exercises are provided and I feel it's more personal than a large classroom. The time slots (Eastern) are a little difficult but I've been able to still get a few courses in per week.
