I'll be honest, I had no idea what a life coach was before I started sessions with Coach X. I had been through counseling, it felt clinical. I found Coach on a google search. I went to his page, left him an email, and he returned my call promptly. That returned phone call was the start to my new life.

Coach brings knowledge, valuable feedback, and inspiration. He really cares about his clients and goes the "x"tra mile to keep you motivated. He wants to see you succeed. I continue to look forward to working with Coach Xavier.

The coaching offered by Mr. Xavier Smith is so heartfelt and genuine. He wants nothing more than to help his clients lift themselves up. He will sit down with them first and help them to figure out where the work needs to happen and then help them to formulate an appropriate plan. All this is followed up with accountability. While I trained with coach X not only did I become physically stronger I also learned a lot from him as far as the correct form, what to eat, what to avoid, and ways to stay active. Every time I trained it was fun and very motivating to continue doing good the rest of the day. On non-training days he kept in contact and available if I had any questions or concerns. I started as a victim in my own life. With each session, Coach Xavier helps to turn that VICtim mentality into a VICtorious mentality.

He is patient. He understands that habits that an individual develops over a lifetime take time to break, Then he helps you reform better habits. He understands that a setback is just a warm up for a comeback.

He is realistic. Change does not happen without action. He is also an optimist. Where you are now, is not your reality. The reality is that you can be better if you’re willing to get over the bitterness, and start working.
