Why such a name... every time when you speak with any doctor or insurance worker - everyone feels awkward
And it is the only place where we can go with medical - is it to make us feel bad?

Well not only a name of course. I am a patient here, had several visits and no visit was without a problem... new situations every time

Nurse practitioners that you meet for first visit are nice and friendly though. But following up psychiatrist does not care at all honestly...

I have an appointment next week that I cannot keep because of some personal issues and I called three times to cancel but never reached any living person. I left a voicemail but was never called back of course
