There needs 2 be more positive guidance in that its a place where the ADULT directors or counselors can impact the youth so that they learn 2 respect others whom they meet along their path. They r the future of tomorrow so lets guide those future leaders 4 a better world but it can only happen when they r equipped with self esteem , self assurance , self determination , dignity & respect
