I tried to get an appointment today to see someone and was basically told that unless I paid out of pocket for the sessions that I would need to go elsewhere because my insurance copay was not enough. And the waiting list was months long. But if I paid out of pocket I could be seen sooner. What kind of place does that?

They always say to find " the right councilor" when exploring the possibility of going to therapy. I went many years and never received the help or closure that I needed. I gave up and went on about life. I had a major event take place in 2020 that forced me to reconsider going to counseling again. I was recommended Wellsprings by two trusted people I know. They have specialized therapists for different issues, relational, children, special needs, and trauma therapy. I am not even the same person I was when I started. Sometimes you just need someone to walk you through the sorting process and help you discover true lasting healing and freedom. I highly recommend Wellsprings. They really care about their clients. There is a beautiful playground pirate ship for kids and a very calming and relaxing waiting room. Very thankful for them all. I traveled and hour to be here so it was incredibly beneficial!

Dr. Oxley and her team are some of the brightest, nicest, and sensitive counselors in our area. I have a very serious complicated family issue and without Dr. Oxley I believe that our family would not be on the right track to stay together. She is a gift from God for those who are looking for answers. He staff is always welcoming and they run seamlessly to ensure all your needs are fulfilled. Dr Oxley, Dr Rhodes, Rebecca, Tammy and all the counselors do a great job. I don’t know what I would do without Wellsprings.

I would have given no stars if I could. I would NOT recommend this place. I got my son tested for ADHD in April. I payed the $300 for a pack of papers..literally. Medication was advised but they do not give out medication there so they told me to talk to my pediatrician. On top of all of the chaos, they call me half an hour before my appointment to read the results to tell me they scheduled me with the wrong doctor and wanted to reschedule. I had already had the time off from work so that was not an option. They had me come in and see a different doctor (one that did not do my son's test) to half-way read the writing on the paper. You could clearly tell that he was CLUELESS. 5 min. later after the results were "explained", we were dismissed. To rub salt in the wound, they charged my $70 for that 5 min. reading. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE FOR ANY TESTING. They are very unorganized. Don't dare to call for billing questions because you will get told that "its too complicated for them to look at in their office and a separate billing manager who works in another state will call. Unacceptable to charge people this amount of money for no help whatsoever.
