I have been going to wellsprings counselling for therapy since Fall of 2018. Saheedah Harris has been my therapist since 2018 to date.

Saheedah Harris has helped me through difficult periods of my life. I would highly recommend her she is an amazing therapist, listens keenly and offers practical and great coping skills. She is a positive light.

Her kindness, depth of knowledge and experience to stay on the topic at hand has helped me to be better equipped to work through the curve balls that life has thrown my way.

It is challenging to find a therapist who is a great fit and I am super blessed to have an amazing therapist.

I have too many good things to say about Wellsprings. The recepitionist, Alicia, is truely so sweet. I am so grateful for her. Hope is so nice. She is not my therapist but always makes sure to greet me when i come in. The waiting area is clean, smells nice, and is really relaxing. The bathrooms are always clean as well. They wear masks if you prefer it and insisted on masks at the height of the pandemic. Saheedah, my therapist, is the best therapist I've ever had. We've worked together for at least 3 years (but i think longer) and i have never felt so at peace with myself. She is always helping me come up with solutions, up to date on anything i need, flexible, genuine, and an all around wonderful person to interact with. I could not imagine being where i am now without her. I have now done personal and couples therapy with her. She's amazing at both. 5 stars is definitely too low of a scale.

Tanya is a great therapist! She has the knowledge and skill set to work with individuals who have experienced trauma, and are working through the continued healing process. She offers excellent insight and tools to help her clients continue on their path to healing and health. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking counseling - She is awesome!

I highly recommend Wellsprings Services and our counselor Von Williams. The ambiance is welcoming along with the receptionist. This is my first time doing any kind of counseling and our counselor Von Williams, has been an instrumental part of the growth. This has made me very self aware in addition to the awareness of my spouse. One of my favorite parts of the experience is that the option of having faith based counseling is available, which is what we elected. I love that God is the center along with the tools provided, with the intentional prayers.
This experience has made me want to make counseling something more regular and when this happens it will be with the Wellsprings Services family with Ms. Von Williams, Lord's willing. Thank you.
