I started seeing Matt about 6 months ago with my husband for couple’s counseling then solo counseling. I was very hesitant at first and full of anxiety seeking help. My only regret is not seeing Matt sooner as I had his contact information months before I actually contacted him. He is the kindest person I have ever met. Throughout our sessions, he was very patient and observant. He checked in often in our sessions to see if he or even I pushed myself too hard. My husband and I have been given tools that work for us to communicate more clearly. I have been able to work through childhood and other traumas. I was unaware of how much those events affected my everyday life and especially relationships with family and friends. I highly recommend Matt for any counseling needs. Seeing Matt is one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I started my therapy with Matthew in early November last year. In the beginning I started couples therapy which later evolved into one on one therapy with just me. I'll admit I did not feel or wanted to be in therapy the first 2 sessions. It was after further evaluation and Matthews EMDR therapy, I then realized how significant his help was. Matthew is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt safe and comfortable since day 1. He helped me out with my PTSD in steps and after months of weekly therapy, I can say my traumas that I have experienced don't bother me like they use to. My only regret is not seeing someone way earlier, but Matthew has helped and teach me how to overcome. I highly recommend Matthew services.

Matt has helped me so much with my PTSD and traumatic memories! Matt is an excellent therapist and a truly valued colleague.
