Victoria is by far the best therapist I've ever worked with. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond for them. Victoria helped me realize the root cause of some of the issues I was struggling with and she taught me skills that have improved my life immensely. I have struggled with depression all my life and never had a doctor or therapist help me the way Victoria has. Working with her has lead to an incredible improvement in my life and has allowed me to better understand myself. I can never say thank you enough for everything. I highly recommend Victoria's services to anyone in need of therapy.

I've been through 4 therapists looking for someone I connect with, and Victoria is by far the BEST. I have gone to her for over 2 years, and have had an amazing experience. She's great at understanding the point of everything I say and offering advice that is tangible & doable. I instantly connected with her and related to all the examples, metaphors and experience she would share. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a young, female therapist who is a wonderful listener, and amazing at putting things in perspective in a way you can easily understand.

Victoria consistently brings calm, peace and valuable insight to every therapy session. Through her masterful unraveling of my emotions, situations and background information, she has helped me gain control of my life and thoughts time and time again. She uses a variety of strategies and therapeutic techniques per session to help me unpack everything that is going on, and has shown me how to apply this techniques in my day to day. Victoria has always been welcoming of my feedback, and I love that she follows up on the comments I give in regards to things that do or do not work for me. She has truly been there for me through these difficult times, and I could not have dealt with the negative energy in my life without her. Her presence brings a positive vibe to every session and I always look forward to talking to her.

I had a great experience working with Victoria. We started working together during a difficult personal situation. One where I was confused, and doing my best to not to slip back into the mire I had just climbed out of.

At first we met twice a week per my request. Victoria was a wonderful blend of professional, and personably empathetic. She was gentle with her approach, but firm with her support; a kind spirit who listened intently, processed thoroughly, and questioned intently.

She was an important part of my own personal development, and I am grateful for her assistance. I end my therapy with much contentment. Even though our time together has come to an end, I know that Victoria will continue with her own journey to aid others in theirs. Perhaps it will be you, or someone close to you. Kindness has a way of spreading, like when rolling meadows become blanketed in bright blooms after the spring rains.

When you are ready, you will seek the guidance you need.
