Joel, has exceptional communication skills and ability to assist Ms. Demarco, to where you feel tranquility and reassurance of the services offered. Ms. Demarco, is nice and personal, you feel right at home while speaking to her. Although her extensive resume speaks for itself. She comes across very inviting, she genuinely can understand what is happening to the client. She listens without judgement and this was extremely important to us.
