Carlos was an invaluable source of clarity, motivation, and accountability throughout my adventure and dream of becoming a full time Coach. The coaching has been really rewarding. I came to Carlos focusing on the things that I needed to let go, such as anger and friendship slights brought on by the pandemic, and the isolation I felt related to it all.

I found many things helpful and fruitful, but being allowed to share, without judgement, allowed me to free myself of the guilt I fought letting go of said anger, resentment, and very importantly; pain related to it all.

I think what I gained most, was that it was something that I had put off far too long. I came to the realization that it was not nearly the task I made it in my head, and addressing it, directly; a testimony to doing it with a person who is truly invested in the process, with me. My favorite part for me was your understanding and empathy. I’m not normally the way I was previously and you understood and accepted that, thank you, many people would not have done that. What made your services stand out was the depth and breadth of your knowledge and how to apply it.

It’s been a hard few years, we are men and don't like to admit weakness, we are embarrassed by that but we are also only human of course and you helped me to remember that. I came to you with family issues mainly, personal development issues, and moving forward from a divorce. It didn’t take long before Carlos helped me focus on the real objectives to attain my goals and provided me with insights into patterns that were holding me back.
