Sgt. Busch has helped me through my enlistment process for several months and I have seen the tremendous amount of effort and dedication he demonstrates by constantly going out of his way for the needs of others. He stood out from the many other recruiters I have dealt with in the past by always being straight forward and honest. He’s easy to talk to and cares about the goals of others! The staff here at the Ridgecrest Army Recruiting Office are very kind and helpful. Whenever I had any questions they were prompt and very straight-forward with the answers. This office made my experience enlisting in the Army a pleasant experience. Even if I had to go through the process again I would choose this office, because out of five stars they get six because they really put their best foot forward and go the extra mile.

My experience with Sgt. Ruiz and Sgt. Busch was more than expected. They work hard and work for you. They were very patient and understanding in helping me with a few issues as a result if my tattoos. If you have any questions about joining the Army these are the guys to go to.

Went to this recruiter optimistic about joining, I new from past experiences that being prior service Marine Corps that going back into active service was a clerical nightmare. SFC Bush saw me right away handled all the paperwork, called all the right people and was very efficient and professional. He was able too get me down too MEPS during the COVID-19 pandemic in just a 1 1/2 weeks. All in all the Army recruiter in Ridgecrest is the best military recruiter I’ve been too, and trust me I’ve been too a lot across all branches. Also if you are Prior service I highly recommend this station due to the Recruiters getting straight too brass tax on getting you in.

Definitely went above and beyond getting me into the Army, and I mean it. As a prior service Marine, I knew how the whole recruiting deal went, and they recognized that, so everything was straight and dry-cut. No sugar coating. Very respectful and professional, they do everything they can to lead you through your processing, all the while upholding their standards and conduct they were instilled with. Great reflection of the organization as a whole. Definitely recommend.
