Where do I even began?

I'll start here. Lisa is a phenomenal healer ✨️ The moment I walked into her space I knew I was in the right place. So warm, cozy and safe 💙 She talked me through the whole session. She allowed me the space to open up and find clarity in my healing journey. Clarity that I have been working years to to find. I left feeling like I could scream from the rooftops, I GET IT NOW!!

What I had the great pleasure of receiving during my session.
Intuitive Massage ( some lymphatic drainage and gentle myofascial release ), craniosacral therapy ( gentle touch/holds on body and head), SomatoEmotional release ( verbal dialogue/feeling), theta healing ( energy clearing part) and some aromatherapy/sound healing and reiki. I asked Lisa to listen to my body and work on what she was called to. Oh, man. Did she!!

Lisa truly has an intuitive, healing touch and soul. I highly recommend her work if you have pain, stress, anxiety or want to heal you body, mind and spirit. I have received ongoing sessions with Lisa for 2 years. Her Craniosacral therapy and transformational energy work is amazing! She has helped me with so many things including better sleep, less stress, pain from old injuries, headaches, emotional well being and I always leave a session feeling deeply relaxed, lighter and aligned. I've received her massage and lymph massage as well and she is highly skilled at everything she offers. I highly recommend her!

Went in to see Lisa with acute head & neck pain. After an hour and a half CranioSacral Therapy Session
By that evening I had less pain than I had for over 10 days. And the first night sleep I’ve had for a week. It was a deep emotional release so I was a bit spacey, not sad, but all I can say is it was a great relief, physically, and emotionally.

It’s a very safe space with Lisa and I highly recommend if you are experiencing any kind of distress, she would be the person to help you.
