The office staff was extremely rude. We needed to move our appt as a new patient, it didn’t matter to us who we saw, and the worker had an attitude the whole time. When it was time to check out the worker held up her hand and said “I have one minute left on my lunch break and I’m not going to clock in early” so we stood there for one minute. The doctor was great!! The office staff not so much.

This place is an absolute joke. Consistently messing up appointment times, giving the wrong information, incredibly rude, argumentative, and 100% unprofessional. EVEN WHEN THEY ARE AT FAULT. The ladies in the front office are appalling, with how they treat people. And a mental health facility, of all places, to treat patients this way. It’s gross human behavior. And to be completely honest, the providers aren’t any better.

This clinic is one of the reasons mental health is so bad in this country. They require a referral even if your insurance doesn't, they drug test you off the bat, and your filling out about 12 forms limiting their liability as much as possible. They have you show up an hour before your appointment just to fill out paperwork. Then you have TERRIBLE physiatrist's that do not listen to you whatsoever and mis prescribe medication. Why would you prescribe a antipsychotic to someone seeking adhd treatment? Better yet, why would you refuse to give a patient adhd meds because of blood pressure concerns, only to give him a antipsychotic that causes blood pressure issues? When to a different Dr and they were confused as to this clinics first choice of treatment as well. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this place.

I am editing my review from 4 start to 1.

I called several weeks ago trying to get ahold of my doctor, and I got his nurse and asked if I could increase 2 of my meds. She called back, left a message saying my doctor verified both increases were ok. A week later when I tried following up to see when the prescriptions would be changed, she said only one prescription bump was ok. The other was "too high." No, it's not. It's towards the higher end, but it's only 50% of the max dose. I still haven't gotten the other medication bumped up, and it's been nearly a month. I was also told 2 different walk-in times for my doctor. It feels like I'm just being yanked around like a Chihuahua on a FlexiLead. They were so good and willing to work with me for 9 months, I don't know what changed. Maybe getting a new doctor messed stuff up.

Horrible place they put you on meds you don't need and want to put themselves in situations that makes them looks trashy. If I would you I would stay away from these people they don't value their job or anyone this is just a check to them. therapist here are a 0 out 5 starts just so you know if you have any other options stay AWAY!!!!!

This place reaffirmed my dislike of going to the dr. The receptionists were fine but the doctor I saw was horrible and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with one. He was rude, condescending, and had a noticeable lack of empathy. Three things that would make a terrible doctor and he has no business being one. It was my first appointment with him and at the end I requested a new provider because he was that bad. He wouldn’t stop arguing with me and he kept interrupting and cutting me off and I was extremely uncomfortable the whole time.

Very positive experience. Dr Herman Clements is very professional as is Dr Sarah Ramsey. You are never rushed through an appointment and they truly take the time to diagnose, continue with the necessary steps with you to get you in a better place in life.

I called in crisis and they didn't even have the decency to call back. For a mental health facility this is poor practice and I won't be using them again!
