I have to rave, honestly. I have never been to see a counsellor before but I am so glad I was able to work with Cindy through some hard times I was experiencing. I loved a quote I read recently - you go to a doctor when your body is not feeling well but when your heart and soul aren't feeling well, you often overlook getting help for that. Cindy is such a warm soul and I never felt judged for my thoughts and feelings. Highly recommend having a visit with her!
