I love Torres Fitness!! It is the best thing that has happened to me all year! I have made tremendous fitness progress here. I have been going since January and I can't thank of a better way to spend an hour each day. The people are awesome , it's little a little community and the owner is even better! Gavino is the best trainer and person 😁 Cassie is a great trainer and has helped me so much become more confident and given me great tips for the workouts. I highly recommend this fitness group if you want to feel better about yourself and make some new friends who make you feel welcome as well as getting into better shape! Don't sleep on Torres Fitness, you won't be sorry ! 😀💪

I’ve been working out with Gavino at Torres Fitness for over a year, and I love it! Every class works on both strength and cardio so you leave feeling completely recharged. Everyone in the class is so nice and supportive. It’s a great environment to get your body moving again.

Do it! Take that step. If you're thinking about it, do it. Start today at Torres Fitness. Coach G is the easiest coach to talk to. He's such a positive coach.
I started in Sept. 2022. Mind you, I hate going to any gym. But I stayed at Torres Fitness and plan on staying because I felt the support from the beginning.
There's a lot of badass people in the groups and they also root for you.
It's crazy what one hour of pushing a day can do for you, emotionally, physically, and mentally.
Whenever YOU are ready to take that first step, I suggest to take that step at Torres Fitness.
