ZERO STARS! Jacquie Shair failed to show up on our VERY FIRST couples therapy telehealth session at 2pm yesterday, 1/17. We literally waited on Zoom till 2:22PM for “host to join the meeting.” SOME first impression! Will NOT schedule new appointment; don’t waste your time either, as they DGAF.

You have been remiss in your paperwork, the mistake in coverage caused us a great deal of problems when you cancelled our appointment. Your service literally deals in life and death instances and one step mistimed could have been fatal, my wife had an emergency psych evaluation while you all were screwing around about our coverage.you allowed 6 weeks of therapy before you realized your mistake that’s not just poor care that’s malpractice if she had crashed. We still don’t know the accurate charges but I only care about her getting proper care

Thrive works is a terrible institution and I highly recommend avoiding this and any division or location. They attempt to make all appointments virtual and do not want to meet in person, even if requested. I was also informed my only charge would be a $15 copay and am now being constantly billed for $140 dollars and even after emailing them and brining it to their attention they still try to charge my card every day. Avoid this company at all costs and I will be going to the bbb and reporting them.

Started using thriveworks last year. They don't work well with insurance. Their billing dept. is outsourced and a joke. They don't charge right away then suddenly hit your card on file with hundreds of dollars at a time without warning. When you call to speak to them they can't explain their charges. It's all set up online through a strange worksheet. Don't use them! It is not worth the stress.

My Counselor, Alex Montero, has been a blessing over the past few months. He is accountable, accommodating, and always professional. Alex makes sure to listen tentatively to my issues and provides me with knowledgeable feedback based off my individual situation. I would higher recommend Alex as your counselor based, not solely, on these remarks and those of others.

Alex Montero is a dedicated counselor. He is passionate about the work he does, and this shows when he is with his clients. He is always up for the challenge his clients bring and works diligently to support them. When he finds himself stuck he consults with colleagues. Having Alex as your counselor would be a blessing; he is a great listener and will make you feel heard and understood.

Where do I begin with my person Nadja. As easily as I can say it she has been the lens or the prescription I needed to help me see clearly and with a vision that is not changing me but elevating me. She’s helped me be ok with myself and my journey of finding out who I am I appreciate you so much Nadja. Anyone interested or hesitant please I was that person and Nadja will help and best of all she’s patient and works on your time. Again I can’t say enough about the team over there and the attention to detail that they put into each patient.
