I’m new to Goodyear and chose this studio based on their proximity and Google score. WOW what a find. They offer such unique classes! For instance, wall yoga and aerial yoga in addition to traditional classes. I had never done either and now they are both a part of my practice. Wall yoga always includes inversions so you are taking pressure off your spine. I’m a big fan. Aerial yoga I was a little nervous about because of a hip issue but it went great and the teachers offered me easy alternate movements. The large studio has tall ceilings and is a very welcoming cozy space, even with all of the yoga options they have figured out how to offer. It’s incredible and I feel lucky to get to go there a few times a week. The pricing is modular and fits your budget. I cannot say enough about yoga at The Wellness Center.

I am so glad I was able to find this studio! They are the only studio in the west valley that charge reasonable prices for memberships! All of the instructors have been great as well. The only small downfall is depending on what time the class you go to is, you can hear a lot of noise outside the yoga room from the front so it makes it a little bit less relaxing. Aside from that it's a great studio!

The Wellness Center is such a gem. They offer all kinds of yoga: aerial, wall, flow, Restorative and more. There are also therapies and holistic offerings such as massage, acupuncture, and Reiki. I do a lot of yoga, and this is by far the most inexpensive place to practice but still has quality classes and instructors.

Tried the Aerial fitness with Sidney! Quite to my surprise, it was a treat to my Ashtanga practice, since Ashtanga somehow lacks the pull up type of work-out, I find the challenge of the silk hammocks rewarding and complementary to my practice. Sidney guiding us through the class makes all the difference. Namaste 🙏🏼
