The Project Mentor is a gift to all homeowners. He puts together the best of the best craftspeople and organizes all of the moving parts involved in the remodel to make it a seamless, smooth process. There will always be bumps in a remodel, but Ron's 30+ year experience gives him the ability to for see any issues that could come up and be proactive to avoid them. He's very organized, creative, and has great people working for him. I highly recommend him for anything from a quick fix up to sell a home to a huge project that you'll enjoy for years to come.

DO NOT repeat DO NOT hire this company. Ron Koblin's role is to find and hire a contractor. Then all he does is collect the money. He does not monitor the contractor's work, and he definitely does not offer support to the customer. My job took 6 weeks, and I saw Ron twice, despite calls to have him & the contractor come and inspect the work (which was not being done properly). The contractor never came during the whole project, and the worker stopped coming half way through.
A 2nd crew had to be hired to finish. Only when I threatened to fire them, did Ron Koblin come. There were many mistakes and damage which the contractor did not take responsibility for and Ron did not stand behind me to get them corrected. I had over $1,000 worth of repairs & corrections after they were done, and did not get compensated.
I think this is enough to report that The Project Mentor is an unreliable and untrustworthy company to do business with. I'm sorry I did not read any reviews before signing a contract.
