My family and I had an amazing experience at Crossfit530! Four of us took our first drop in class over the 4th of July weekend. JP was great with each of us explaining the exercise and giving tips and pointers. The gym equipment is excellent quality and the class environment was very welcoming. Highly recommend CrossFit530 and JP is a great coach and trainer. We’ll be back!

Love, love, love it! JP and Sarah are excellent coaches! They push us hard and teach modifications if needed. Been coming since March and I've definitely increased my muscle mass, lowered body fat, and two inches off my waist line. Sign up friends! It's a great work out and team!

I was visiting from out of town And looking for a CrossFit gym to work out in. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot, but this Jim was the best place I’ve ever dropped in at. CrossFit 530 has great equipment, a very friendly and welcoming group of people, and a coach with a ton of enthusiasm, knowledge, and encouragement. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience and I even went back the next day because I enjoyed it so much. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to make this their home gym or drop in while they’re visiting! Thank you, CrossFit 530.

I am 67 years old and my college wrestling as well as water & snow skiing days are over. CrossFit 530 is perfect for me as JP is not only a strong, fit athlete but also a champion body builder and a great coach. I do need some modifications but I have lost a lot of fat and put on a lot of muscle. My cardio is better than it has been in over 20 years and I feel great. The equipment is top notch, the gym is clean, and JP and Sarah are awesome! I strongly recommend CrossFit 530/The Lifting Vault to men, women, old, and young. We have all become friends and we even went out to dinner and a comedy show together last month. Working out together creates a special bond that I have not felt since college; come check it out. It was scary walking in on my first day, but I had an incredible experience! I got to try Olympic lifting for the first time and was hooked. I was already working out 2 days a week at another CrossFit gym in the town where I worked, but this was next level. I became a regular on Saturdays. JP's attention to detail and personal coaching gave me confidence to try things that I had never done before. I had an opportunity to work closer to home, and one of the deciding factors in taking the job was knowing that I could work out at CrossFit 530 more often. JP and Sara asked me what my personal goals were. I wanted to get stronger, strengthen my core since I discovered that I have osteoporosis, and get definition so you could actually see the muscles that I have. They gave me tips on diet and supplements and I was on my way. I've been at the gym for 1&1/2 years now. I've met my goals and have set new ones. I work out 5 days a week now and I've never felt better. You'll never get bored here because he intentionally changes the workouts weekly. I have PR's (personal records) on bench press, squats and deadlifts and my kids cheer me on. I love the challenge. My husband works out here now too. It's perfect for families, couples and singles. Some of my closest gym friends come by themselves. I'm always excited to see new people joining. Everyone's personality is so different and every level of fitness is represented here. No one is more physically fit than JP. If you want to test yourself, try to keep up with him. If you want to take it easy, rehab an injury, or you're just starting out on your fitness journey, he'll help you with modifications so the workout is just what you're looking for. There is definitely a special bond between people that work out together, cheering each other on. We're one big family, even getting together outside of class sometimes. I highly recommend that you come check us out. You won't regret it.

I am over 30 and overweight. I was so nervous to join. I saw how fit everyone was and how well they did with all of the intense workouts. From the moment I walked in I experienced such support and kindness. JP and Sara are so very sweet. JP really cares about the "long game" and made modifications to the workouts so that I still got a great workout but didn't injure myself. I am so excited to go back to class! If you're nervous or don't think you can do it just go! You won't regret it!
Almost 2 months in and I feel great! JP is an awesome coach. I love the other members! Everyone meshes so well together! There is such an amazing mix of ages and athletic levels. If you're nervous to try it out just do it! You won't regret it!
