I had an amazing experience during my recent visit to Home Depot, all thanks to an amazing employee, Nathan. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. He answered all my questions with patience and also provided recommendations. Not only did he listen carefully to my needs, but also took the extra step to show me where the items were located (which nowdays doesn't happen often). Mia, Jose, and Nathan in the garden center were absolutely amazing. So helpful and friendly. They loaded all my bricks and bags of soil on the flat carts for me and loaded everything into my car. I didn’t even have to ask!

I recently ordered a product online from Home Depot but unfortunately had to return it because it arrived damaged. I needed the item before Christmas, so I decided to visit the Home Depot on Bicentennial Way in Santa Rosa to exchange it.

The experience turned out to be exceptional thanks to Jose at Customer Service. He was phenomenal! Jose helped me with the exchange process seamlessly, taking care of all the paperwork, answering my questions, and providing me with the necessary documentation.

What impressed me even more was how Jose and his colleague went above and beyond to assist customers who had limited English proficiency by speaking Spanish. It was heartwarming to see such dedication to providing excellent service to everyone.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to applaud Jose for his outstanding service. Thank you for making a potentially stressful situation so much easier. Kudos to the team at this Home Depot location!

This review is for Erik, who helped me with my Curbside pickup. When I pulled up to the parking spot, he was already out there checking on Curbside customers. He was super friendly and wasn't bothered a bit when it started to rain! He also helped me figure out the best way to add a product to my order at the last minute. Santa Rosa is lucky to have such a well-stocked, comprehensive inventory of home improvement supplies. I've been here 1000 times over the years, and they have everything. I love DIY projects. Home Depot has good pricing and I've been helped by some great employees.

This Home Depot has always been my favorite HD anywhere. Great customer service, helpful, friendly staff. Mari at the returns desk really helped me out this week. Her positive, friendly attitude and helpfulness is part of why I keep coming back to this HD, even tho it's not the closest to my home. Thanks Mari!

Half the store is behind a padlock. The garden department is randomly closed while there's employees sitting around chatting all over the store.

I've also noticed they've installed flock license plate scanners all over the parking lot so everyone's comings and goings are being recorded and sold to anyone that wants to know.
