Fit Xperience has been very beneficial for me. Building muscle and having energy all day after my workout. One on one training has worked out very well for me. Especially after the pandemic. Getting rid of ‘Phat’ pounds and building muscle pounds! Very great personal trainer. Get in and try it out. No disappointment!

I would recommend Shelton to anyone . I had a warning from my doctor that my blood pressure was getting up there and I might have to be put on high blood pressure medicine. Shelton has helped me lower it by 10 points. He also helped a friend prepare to be a doner. So what ever your looking to change start with him.

amazing experience, good workout, perfectly tailored so its fs a challenge but you can adjust strength and it wont ever be truly too much or too far, and Shel is a great guy.
