Bad customer service. I called to inquire information about a transaction. Jordan answered and I told him that I want to know about a transaction. He asked me what is the account number. I started to tell him, it is my wife’s account and before I finish, he interrupted and said in a loud voice, WHAT IS THE ACCOUNT NUMBER. I gave him the account number and told him that he doesn’t need to be so rude. He told me that he cannot talk to me and will talk to my wife only. I told him it is in the records where my wife has authorized me and he said that it is not. I told him that I have been and let me talk to a manager and s he said that no one is there and I will have to talk to him only.
