First workout back since the gym opened back up yesterday – not sure what to expect with the new guidelines -- and it turned out to be super comfortable and really felt clean. There was a temperature check when you walked in and had blocked off workout stations to allow for distancing, all the resistance tubing was brand new and hand sanitizer was at ever station. With the distancing the class size was small, turning it into a small group session. Now for the tough part of getting back in shape.

Excellent personal attention. Small classes. Highly trained and professional instructors. Attention to course strength training and agility and balance. The instructors got me back in the saddle and have kept me there for several years now. I’m much stronger and firmer and even thinner! Not the norm in the gym world- much better!
