Working with TFR Solutions has been a wonderful experience. When I was first introduced to the team through my job at goodr, I mentioned the pain points my team and I had been having with Netsuite and was offered solutions right away. Additionally, when we onboarded a new software for warranties and returns, TFR Solutions was there to make sure that the implementation went smoothly on the NetSuite side. As a result of working with TFR Solutions, I am well versed in NetSuite as my team utilizes the platform and understand what is and isn’t possible when retrieving data through saved searches and reports.
I appreciate the check-in calls/slacks/emails from TFR when working on a project for my team, but more importantly I admire how they saw a bigger picture and offered additional knowledge at any given time.
As a result of working with TFR Solutions, my team at goodr is utilizing the CRM feature in NetSuite instead of onboarding a much more complex CRM at an additional cost. TFR Solutions has helped me understand how to gather insights from the information we gather and log into the CRM which is very impactful for a growing company.
