I am writing this review for Team Logic IT. I highly recommend this business for any IT needs. They're staff is skilled in PC and Mac which was a huge benefit for us because we had difficulty finding a technician that was well versed with Macs. They're pricing is fair and transparent- definitely a great value for money.

As a company, we were impressed with the professionalism and courteous customer service provided thru out the process from our initial phone conversation with the President, Charu Mungale to Ernesto, the IT Technician that came onsite to help us with our issues. We will use Team Logic IT again in the future should the need arise. Thank you Team Logic IT!

We hired Charu to conduct a system assessment for us more than 4 years ago when we were experiencing problems with our network. He helped identify the cause of the connectivity issue and also highlighted some network configuration constraints that were affecting our network performance. Our IT Manager continued to use Charu and TeamLogicIT on an as-needed basis for IT consulting and technical support thereafter. After the departure of our IT Manager last fall, we turned to TeamLogicIT for managed IT services. Nathan is an extremely knowledgeable technical resource. They've done a great job supporting our firm (4 offices and almost 50 employees) and troubleshooting our helpdesk requests. TeamLogicIT set up a VOIP service bundle for our South Bay office in less than two days after Comcast mismanaged our transfer of services and told us it would take over a week to get the office phones back up and running. I highly recommend them.
