Well Michael Haller responded! Thank you! Let's say this much more simply: We hired him to install a security system at our house. We paid him up front. HE NEVER PERFORMED THE WORK nor did he refund the money. Today is Jan 21, 2023 and this is the first I've heard from him since November 2022.
We would be super happy to speak with your attorney.
Also, you should get a required license by the Department of Consumer Affairs "Alarm Company Operator" to do business, which you don't have.

We hired Michael Haller, owner, to install a security system at our house in June, 2022. We paid him upfront so he could purchase the equipment. As of today, August 3, 2022, he has taken our money and refuses to communicate with us. He is not returning the money we paid him. He has every excuse in the book for not communicating: sick, covid, birthday, out of cell phone range, "I thought it was next friday". He is a weak, cowardly man and I advise you to STEER CLEAR OF HIM AND HIS BOGUS COMPANY.

Michael installed and configured both sound and security camera systems in our winery and tasting room (MEA Wine, Atascadero, CA). He was professional, organized, and made recommendations throughout the project that made the systems better than we expected. He delivered a clean, organized installation of both systems, with internet connectivity, and control at our fingertips. Additionally, he followed up promptly to solve minor technical issues that developed after the installation. He is very well qualified, and works in the genuine interest of his clients. We give him 5 stars.

Superior Integration was great for my health club installation (Kennedy Club Fitness in Paso). The system has been up and running now for 8 years and has performed above expectations with a TON of use. The install and any subsequent work was done professionally, cleanly, promptly and with attention to detail. Michael has a great ear and makes adjustments to the system that are like magic. 5 stars for us!

When a person is violated in the sanctuary of their own home, the effects can be extremely damaging and long-lasting..
