Suenia was my first therapist I have ever had. She is the best. She helped me through my depression and anxiety. She helped me see that I am a good person and to be proud of myself. The tools Suenia gave me helped me to grow as a person and to never doubt myself. I don't know what I would've done without her. Suenia was my therapist for almost a year and she’s a amazing therapist! She approached my sessions in a manor where she was still listening to me while offering actual steps to guide me through that root feeling and how to work through it in all areas it comes up. She didn’t just sit and agree with me, she was always honest and solution based and taught me a lot in that approach. I wish more therapists out there took notes from Suenia, she taught me a lot about myself and the tools she left with me have made me a happier person.

I met Suenia through our company's EAP program. She's not the first counselor I connected to but apparently she's the *BEST* you can ever have. Before her I was assigned to a male counselor who did a terrible job and couldn't help at all, I complained about it to our HR and the EAP team, then the EAP team recommended Suenia to me and it worked just perfect!

After the first session with her I knew that I found the right person, I knew that she was the pro cause she could always point out the root cause and offer solutions, instead of just listening to you like my previous counselor did. Meanwhile she gave me so much strength and power, she made me believe that I had the ability to do whatever I want, and I deserved to have them. Honestly she made me a much better person and deeply CHANGED my mind and my life.

I met some personal difficulties at first and she gave me so much power and helped me a lot through the whole process. And I decided to stay connected with her just to make myself a better person. She encourages me, trusts me, supports me and gives me power. She always asks me to believe myself and pursue the good things in life. I truly learned how to "self-care" after meeting her. Every time after talking with her I feel super happy and full of energy. She's like an old friend that knows you really well, always gives you positive impact, offers you the best advice and guides you through any possible obstacles. Knowing that having her in my life just makes me feel safe.

I went into therapy for the first time and Suenia was the one I found. She was a very good therapist and helped make me think and give me a different outlook in a while. I went through a rough 2020 and without her 2021 wouldn’t have been the great year that it was. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a therapist

I went through a few therapists before I found Suenia. She helped me with my anger issues and other previously unresolved trauma. My life has been changed completely! You have to do the work, but she will make sure you get to where you want to be. She’s pretty chill.
