I love the Viniyoga class with Lynn. I did the intro offer and had a great experience with the group yoga therapy classes and a wonderful private session. It is so much more than yoga. Our family friend recommended stress management sessions at SMC and it has made a huge difference for him and for me. You should try it!

My family and I have had such great experiences at Stress Management Center of Marin! I really enjoy the group yoga therapy classes. Each class is personalized for my needs and I walk away feeling healthier and happier. The teachers are really attentive and caring for each person in the room, even on Zoom.

My parents have also benefitted greatly from private yoga therapy sessions with the SMC owner, Robin Gueth. Robin is warm and professional, always ready to lend an ear and teach a simple stretch that makes all the difference. The stress management sessions made a huge difference for my dad's back pre-surgery and during post-surgery rehab. Robin even kept my mom from needing a knee-replacement!
