Extremely unprofessional, I was scheduled for an appointment and there was something wrong with their portal and I was unable to log on. This was to be my first appointment and therapy is already something that is hard to schedule and make time for, there is no number or at least where someone would answer to speak with anyone and no one even reaches out to see if there is an issue with not being able to log on. All number just go straight to voicemail and you don’t even get a welcome email with contact information for your therapist so you know who to reach out to if there is an issue 10000% do not recommend this place!

I worked with a therapist out of Stonebridge Counseling for three years. When my insurance changed they allowed me to continue seeing me therapist pro bono because of the work we were doing together. It was much appreciated, if they did not cover those sessions I would have been a mess at the time.
