I've had A LOT of different massages from a lot of different massage therapists over the years and I can say, hands down, Stephania is one of the best out there. Her demeanor is perfect, and her studio is calm and inviting, but what's truly incredible is her technique. As I understand it, she has a background in physical therapy, and man does it show. It's like she can see through her fingers every part of you that needs work on. Her massages are result oriented and customized to fit your needs instead of just some one size fits all mindless rubbing like I've gotten in the past. Absolutely awesome massage therapist. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Stephania's massage turned me from a massage hater into a massage lover. I had two prior massages from other places and found them to be unpleasantly painful, followed by days of soreness. I thought this was how all massages were done, and decided it was a personal thing and I was just not a match for massages. For me deep tissue massage meant pain, until a friend persisted in encouraging me to try Stephania. She said she really listens to you and will work with you to find the right touch. And she did! Stephania talked with me about my experiences, asked me to communicate with her if I had any pain, and gave me the most fantastic, relaxing, smooth and gentle massage. I went back and doubled my time in massage and it was even better! I now joke that I need a designated driver after her massages because I am so completely relaxed. I love her essential oil aromatherapy, the gentle sounds of water and music, her relaxing studio, and best of all - her eagerness to give me a wonderful massage.
