Best law firm I have ever been with! Sanam is on top of her game! When I call she answers, when I have questions she answers! When there’s an update she calls! I’ve personally seen family members have trouble reaching their attorneys or case managers all the time in the past, but not with Sanam! I was referred to this law firm to help my boyfriend with his workers comp case. We spoke with Lupe, who ensured us that he will look at his file and get back to us on whether or not they will represent him. My boyfriend emailed him the information, we heard nothing back. We called, and sent a follow up email, still had heard nothing. We sent that email with his case information on 7/18 and it wasn’t until today, 8/14 after us reaching out to them that they tell us that they did not receive anything, and once we confirmed that the email was delivered and they found it, they will not take the case. Excuse me? Why wouldn’t you say anything? An email or call telling us the case wasn’t going to be accepted would have been GREATLY appreciated, and they couldn’t even give us the time of day or courtesy to get back to us to let us know of their decision. They decided to ghost us instead. I’m not upset that they didn’t take the case. I’m upset that they wasted a month of our time waiting to hear back only for them to tell us no, which would’ve taken a minute to do so. This left us really bitter, especially after we discussed with Lupe how my boyfriend’s previous lawyer also ghosted him, even after she accepted his case and was already working on it. We had also told them that we have a court date that is very soon and time is extremely valuable. This is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. Thank you for wasting a month of our time, which we could have spent looking for a lawyer who will accept our case, and bringing us further stress about this already overwhelming matter.
