Rude people work here at 7 pm they close lobby they told me short of staff but I saw 4 people working inside I am truck driver when you ask about manager always on break rude they didn’t even come to door saw me ignore then I have to walk drive thru window but I can’t order cause I don’t have car stupid stupid

I go every weekend to this Starbucks and never had any issues until today. I ordered 6 drinks via mobile order. Upon arrival to the drive thru window, I asked for a drink carrier because I was the only person in my car and my car only fits two drinks. The guy at the window told me I had to go inside for a carrier and I had to pay for it. Never heard of paying for a drink carrier, but ok. I clarified and he said I could not pay for it at the drive thru window I had to go inside and pay for it to get it. I asked him what the difference was between paying at the drive thru window or getting off and paying inside. Mind you there was no one behind me in the drive thru. I told him I don’t mind paying but be realistic man you see it’s only me in my car and it’s six drinks. The math doesn’t add up in this situation. He just looked at me and gave me a blank stare like if he didn’t care. I told him ok it is what it is my tough luck and I left clutching onto all 6 drinks while trying to drive. Horrible experience from a normally good spot I liked to go to.

I didn’t get a notification my drink was already ready until I walked in n checked it out as both there my danish n venti latte my danish is cold when I got it! No one said good morning I literally grabbed the coffee n danish n left no one acknowledged anything.

We visited this Starbucks as a pit stop and this place was a nice reprieve from the heat. The dining room, as well as the bathrooms and the young lady who took my order was pleasant and very nice. My drink came out exactly as requested, ty Starbucks!

It’s 50/50 here. Sometimes they get your drinks right, sometimes they don’t. You can ask for a remake, but again they might get it right or not. What’s really annoying is they close their drive thru constantly at random times. Very inconsistent.

Great little bites for breakfast as well. As great coffee drinks as well. As a bunch of different new stuff, fruity pink all kinds of different colors. That look aweome, just haven't tried it yet. But I can't wait. Great people here to also, very quick service. very friendly people. I gave it an a plus plus

The staff is all lovely but the quality of coffee at all Starbucks has gone way down and this is no exception. We actually stopped going as part of the boycott but really needed a bathroom today and they were close. As we still had a few dollars on a gift card decided to just use it up and I will say, very poor quality. Again, it had been going downhill at every location for at least a year before the war and we had not missed it at all. We don't do foofoo drinks so drip or Americano are our go tos and Starbucks used to be very consistent across the country for quality and flavor. We didn't mind supporting them before because they offered full benefits to even part time staff but we definitely don't want to give them money now. Again, it was a gift card balance so they already had the money.

So, not only are they supporting an aparthied regime, but they are chincing out on the product they sell. Support local!!!

Don't usually do Starbucks seems like they have become passe. But the crew here was rocking to great tunes and cranking out tons of drive up and walk-in orders. I had a pound of beans and as I've been motorcycle camping for a few weeks and didn't bring my grinder they were awesome to make frenchpress worthy grindings for me. Up the PCH and home to Glendale, OR. Thanks guys.
