I love dancing here at Spin Sity. The instructors are so nice and happy to share some knowledge and insite. My favorite classes are with Jen. She teaches you a few basic moves and then allows you to practice and find your own flow with them. Such an awesome spot to come and release any energy that gets built up by just dancing! Thank you for providing such an amazing place for people to go to and feel the sexy within yourself!

I Love taking classes at Spin Sity! There is so many different options of classes available. Pole, floorwork, lyra, silks, chairdance—The list goes on. Once you master level 1 classes, you can easily join in with the more advanced classes that are offered. This is a small private dance studio where all the other instructors also work day jobs and have families to raise. So therefore it is not open 24/7 (You will need to check class schedule— which are and can be subject to change)
Women juggle a lot of things and Soin Sity is a place that is safe and free of judgment. All the instructors want everyone to thrive and feel the amazing empowerment that dancing can bring. Only requirement is to read your contact and studio policies, Policies are sent out with every class signup. Make sure you read your emails and review.

there was barely any classes available to take for L1 and if I expressed concerns, I was sort of being harassed and dismissed by Jennifer/ owner. It’s like, there are classes on random basis and if you miss it, you miss it. There is no planning or organized schedules in this business. All is in the air. Finally I texted Jennifer and asked how she suggests I take my passes for classes when there are nothing available?! Fair question you would think but she got aggressive and told me that my passes expired! The business is not a healthy model and I absolutely recommend you stay away from this place.

This was not a hospitable place. Not inviting Seems clickish like they were waiting for me to leave. Never asked me my name etc...why have open classes? The instructor was decent but this is no way to treat people. A business must have customer service. Esp. When you pay 1st. I waited a long time to go. Don't bother!

I have been taking classes at Spin Sity for over a year now. The exercise is amazing and the other students and instructors are awesome! The studio offers tons of different classes for all levels. From Pole Fitness to Booty Work to Chair Dance. There is something for everyone. There's even an Open Gym class where you can just play around. The classes are never too full and the students range in age and size. So don't think you have to be 21 and a size 0. Let your inhibitions go and just have fun 😀 Sign up for classes today!

I love taking classes at Spin Sity. Jan is my favorite hype woman, even though I'm just a beginner, she makes me feel like I was made to dance ! Marina is amazing too, she makes it all look so easy and before you realize it , she has you doing something unthinkable! I haven't taken classes with any of the other ladies but if they're anything like these two, then sign up! I got a 6th month pass that was interrupted by Covid-19 but i'm excited and hopeful to start up again soon!

I have been apart of Spin Sity since it was stationed In Antioch, from watching Jen's boys to being one of Spin Sity's flyer girls and bringing new people into the studio. The studio has always been something I have believed highly in. Now that I have finally been able to take classes I am even more in love. Working out in heels has to be the coolest thing ever!!!! Within the last two months taking 10 classes each month I have gained more upper body strength, lost 15 pounds, and have been able to break out of my shell. I love all of the classes. The variety of the classes is my favorite part the fact that not every class envolves the pole makes you feel even more comfortable. Every class is super fun. I absolutely love the instructors and the wonderful ladies I get to meet and take classes with as well. Everyone comes in all shapes and sizes and noone is discriminated against. Its a very fun and friendly environment. The Spin Sity classes i sign up for are one of the few things I look forward to each day (well every day there are classes (;). Sign up for a class or two!! I guarantee you will not regret it!! 😀
