Fidel Intro to handgun course was amazing! I was nervous to take a class being a female. All my nerves were gone as soon as I met Fidel. I got so much more out of this class than I expected. I walked away from the class more confident with my handgun knowledge and technique. A huge plus my aim improved by just this ONE class. Trust me it was terrible before this class I was lucky to hit a target. Spartan is the way to go! The class was lots of fun I met some great people. I will be booking more classes soon.

One of the best training classes i have attended. Fidel and guys are very thorough. Class had beginners and high level. Not one time did anyone felt intimidated. Would highly recommend Spartan Defense for anyone looking at intro to firearms and very experienced training. Definitely signing up for Carbine Class and Handgun 2 after my training with Fidel. Fidel was an amazing instructor. He gives a lot of good helpful information. We had lots of fun as well. He answered all my questions and is very good at preparing you to feel safe and knowledgeable around a gun. I will definitely be taking his future classes.

I took the Women’s Intro to Handguns course. Fidel is an excellent instructor who is very knowledgeable in gun laws and gun safety! I was nervous before the class but Fidel and the other instructors helped with making me comfortable and confident in handling a firearm! I definitely plan on taking another course in the future!

Went into this course thinking I had a decent grasp on the how to’s and the know how’s. This man is an absolute unit when it comes to knowledge and advice. Do yourself a favor and take one of his classes. Down to earth and doesn't have the holier than thou attitude. Came out of his course feeling confident I got what I paid for and then some. His drills are also pretty bad ass and very helpful in betting your craft. 10/10

I was very impressed with the way Fidel handled the class. He is very knowledgeable, and his ability to convey the information to students in a meaningful and beneficial manner is very impressive. Not only in the academic portion of the course, but in the practical aspect as well. I highly recommend Spartan Defense for anyone interested in acquiring their CCW certification.
