South Coast Urgent Care exceeded my expectations! The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. I’m an out-of-state soccer coach staying in Laguna for a tournament, and when one of my players got injured, I wanted to ensure he got the best care possible. I called South Coast Urgent Care, and they were incredibly helpful from the start—there was no wait, and the location was conveniently close.

The staff was professional, efficient, and kind. They quickly got us checked in and even facilitated an MRI to assess the injury. Thankfully, we discovered it was a minor meniscus tear, and their clear communication put our minds at ease. Best urgent care I’ve been too! I’m going to make them my primary. I went in for an ultrasound that would have taken days or weeks elsewhere. Took me in same day, did the ultrasound and kept me in the loop! The facility is set up like a small hospital almost- they can do MRI, echos, ekg, ivs & ultra sounds. Great place! Very clean!

I came across South Coast Urgent Care as I was in the area. Became very sick and stopped by. They gave me an IV and was able to do an x ray on site. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The doctor was straight to the point and helpful in every step of the process. I'd definitely recommend going here.

I was visiting my family in Laguna and i was feeling like under the weather. I called this place and was told there wasn’t a wait so i didn’t have much to lose. They told me there wasn’t no wait. I was able to get checked in with 10 min. The place is very clean and pretty modern. I got to meet the owner Dr V and he was great. They did a strep test to make sure i didn’t have strep throat and got an iv for extra hydration and added some vitamins to it. Dr V was really nice he mentioned he has another location in Irvine which is good to know so when i visit again ill know where to go if i need anything. You can tell the staff really likes working with Dr V. During my visit he explained everything thoroughly and told me not to worry. Easier said than done but he made the experience easy. Most doctors appts are long waits and Doctors don’t really give you the time of day anymore.

I want to thank the staff at South Coast Urgent Care! Everyone was so kind and helpful! I am on vacation but needed an MRI….Francisco was patient with me and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable! I also want to thank the radiologist who worked on Thanksgiving day and sent me my report! I was so surprised that I didn’t have to wait until Monday.
