I can only speak to the clerks and facilities. I appreciate the calm and clarity of both. My only quibble is minor, and given the resource limitations not a huge deal. Only request is to post holiday hours on Google maps.

Blonde family law office lady rushed me through our 1 zoom call. Didn't help me get an appointment and told me to go to legal aid for more help. Before I went to legal aid I was on time for a drop in appointment to see if I could try and get some more answers in person but was given attitude by the blonde woman. My drop in ticket was at 10:48, 12 minutes before 11am and the shift change. No one came out to help me. The blonde woman was walking in the hall and I called out to her politely asking what was up and she tried to ignore me. When I did get her attention I got nothing but attitude and hostility. The red headed guard agreed with me she was rude and everyone who had dealt with her complained about her so I'm not crazy or alone. After I was already in tears I left.
I don't know what crawled up the blonde lady's colon and died but I just need help filling out the papers, not attitude. You people should be kind, sympathetic, and understanding. Not acting superior and judgmental. I go into full panic when having to deal with anything related to my ex. I am terrified of him. He is getting out of the marine corps soon. This service fails hard to actually help.

Not enforcing animal right laws and consumers are eating sick chickens who cannibalism with false advertising and the whistleblower jailed. At least make Whole Foods label the eggs NOT farm free range organic but the truth. Whole food chickens fed by cannibalism of sick or dead “chickens in 12” square wire cages under stress” but you save $3”. Then people can decide with truth. I think we all voted against this animal cruelty but your court isn’t stopping it. Follow wayne Hsiang FB for truth and links. Courts please fix this situation!

My ex husband quit his job in july to don't pay child support. Said in his statement he got fired, then he admitted he quit ,then said he never got the court order, show up in court claiming he is sick without a doctor note. And he got a few more months from the judge to get a easy job, and great news from July until he decide to get a job his child support is 0. I'm disable and Latina with a Latino kid, my ex an American, So at the end I will closed the case there is no way I ever gonna get a penny for my child. . I'm sure this court will give him more time to find an easy job, between the police , the legal system, there is not much hope for a Latino kid other than after finish his education move to another country where his background and the color of his skin won't be an issue ..

The people who work in these offices are wonderful! Always very helpful always willing to go the extra mile and very patient with people! The workers in the clerks offices are not allowed to give you any kind of advice of any kind and people think they're rude that's just not true. The legal aid office is so helpful just make sure you get there before it opens otherwise you may not be seen.

Very disappointed and frustrated on the limited amount they actually try to help or give actual helpful information. The employees that I've encountered are all trying to pass you along to someone else or are just uncompassionate or understanding of the mass of different situations. I've been trying to get the right paperwork to make sure my brothers who are molesters and my mother who knew and did nothin, away from my kids. But their father still allows contact. I can't stop it unless I get the actual help to leagaly enforce it. But still no help. I get told everytime there is nothing they can do. my kids are in harm of being molested but that's not an issue to help. It makes no sense!!!

Drove down after leaving work at lunch time to pick up paper work for an emergency issue. Arrived at 230pm and the building is closed. The hours of operation show the building and clerks office close at 330pm.
