My top goal was to find a workout program I could do from home or the gym and stay consistent. In the first three months of training with Tyler, I learned the basics of kettlebell training, became more consistent with my workouts, improved strength & cardio, established the basics of a healthy lifestyle and learned how to identify foods for my goals, needs and personal preferences.

Tyler sets himself apart from the other coaches through his genuine interest in his client's progress.

He's constantly expanding his knowledge on fitness & nutrition. And, then he shares it with his clients through articles, infographics and personal conversation. He doesn't force people into a certain plan. And he's always asking what he can do to make the plan fit better, which makes workouts easier and helps you stay consistent.

I was worried when I started my plan, it would be like every other trainer or exercise program I paid for in the past: no follow up and I would just become another number in an income stream. But, that was not the case. I absolutely loved training with Tyler. He talked me through my plan every step of the way and tailored it to fit my schedule.

My goal was to improve body composition and gain more self-confidence. After 3 months of training, I have become leaner, more confidence and consistent with my workout and nutrition routine. Tyler is the top-level trainer everyone needs. From a consultation to understand his clients and what they’re looking to accomplish. To coming up with a plan, communicating it clearly and helping them execute it.

Tyler talks with his clients weekly to ensure they are confident in their plan and that they both share the same vision of what success is. If the plan you chose initially doesn’t work with your schedule. No problem – he will help you come up with a solution that works for YOUR life. What Yup! I have never had another trainer or program accommodate the way he has.

I could go on and on about Tyler and his attention to detail. But I’ll just say this: I will never go to another trainer as long as he is available. I have recommended him to many family members and friends because I believe in him that much.

Working with Solberg Performance Training is exactly what I needed. As a small business owner, it can be easy to put my health and fitness aside. One thing I’ve loved about working with Tyler is that he pushes me to be better and train harder without the guilt or shame of missing workouts and having cheat meals. He meets me where I’m at comes with encouragement and a plan or action. Working with someone across the US I thought would be a challenge, but because of his platform and how he leverages technology, that hasn’t been a problem. I’d highly recommend Tyler as a trainer!

Before training with Tyler, I was unsure about talking to someone about my exercise and eating habits. In the past, I struggled to break down my long-term goals into smaller, more attainable, short-term goals.

Tyler taught me that even the smallest changes can make a huge difference. This has completely changed my mindset. My goal is to get back to the shape I was in high school and look like a beast at my wedding.

Since training with Tyler, I’ve changed my eating habits, started preparing food in advance and have become more conscious of my food choices. I’ve also started working out at home with my adjustable kettlebell 2-3 times per and meeting with him over Facetime once a week.

It’s hard taking the real first step to becoming healthier. In the past, I tried to do everything at once and create these completely unachievable short-term goals to lose weight that would eventually fail.

With Tyler, he’s showed me that small steps are already a huge improvement from where I was. He showed me that breaking down long-term goals into smaller steps is the solution.

Tyler has been coaching me through workout techniques and helping me create sustainable eating habits that I know will eventually lead me to my long-term health & fitness goals. Overall, he’s taught me how to have a healthier lifestyle by celebrating all types of progress- big or small.

I've tried a few on line training courses in the past 10 years and have to say Solberg Performance training is on the top of my list. I've been with him since January 2022 and I still feel the personal connection. I mean, I do not feel like a number with Tyler. He is still very involved with my training and I love the one on one weekly calls he offers.
I still struggle with my eating habits but I am always encouraged to keep striving to meet my goals. Tyler has given me direction not only in seeking a qualified Dietician, but helping me recognize triggers and has guided me in different means of accomplishing my goals. Whether it be a different approach to exercise and ways to burn Calories, to setting daily goals, to relaxing and making sure I take time to enjoy life and not to be so hard on myself. Life happens and we need to roll with it!
I'm consistently doing better and I owe it all to Solberg Performance Training.

I’ve known Tyler for over 5 years, and I have never met a person who is as passionate and knowledgable about fitness and nutrition as him. Over the years he's helped me out with training and getting fit. I admit that I have given up a couple times, whether due to life events or just falling back into bad habits. But never has Tyler made me feel bad about it, and was always there when I was ready to jump back in.
If there is one thing that Tyler cares about, it is the success of his clients. A few months ago, I finally committed to change my lifestyle for the better and of course Tyler was there. I've always been self-conscious about going to the gym, so Tyler's online training plan was perfect for me.
All my workouts were customized to what I had available at home and he was more than willing to talk to me about what equipment I should get to start out. After 6 months of keeping up with the programs, paired with the app's nutrition coaching, I feel great, can see the changes in my body, and can finally say that I am a fit person.
Some of the exercises and habits might not seem like much at first, but stick with it! It's all about building foundations for the bigger picture.
If you're looking for shortcuts or a quick fix, this is not for you. I highly recommend this program for everyone, doesn't matter if you have been working out all your life, or are just starting out. I am sure you'll find something that will fit your needs.
