Mr. Alatorre had helped me once before and beat my landlord in court and then saved me again when my Landlord sued me yet again and illegally obtained a default judgment against me. He stopped the sheriff from locking me out, got the court to set aside the default judgment reopened the case then got my Landlord to pay me relocation assistance and the time I asked for to move out. It was an overall victory on all fronts. Mr. Alatorre is an exceptional Lawyer I definitely recommend him

I am so grateful for the expertise, kindness, and skill of everyone at SoCal Tenants Resource. Paralegal & office manager Vallecillo really saved my life with his patience and focus when I was falling apart with the failure of my attempt to represent myself.The best advice I got from participating in endless zoom sessions & videos from Eviction Defense Network was to observe a session of eviction court. It was heartbreaking to watch all the single mothers and domestic violence victims, all women, who had lost their cases after representing themselves ask for extensions before eviction & be denied by the temporary judge based on technicalities. Paralegal Vallecillo clarified some of the actual requirements I should have filed. which sadly the Self Help center at my courthouse later told me they had never seen. Both he and Atty Alatorre explained how that affected the leverage for negotiation. Mr. Vallecillo and Atty Jifkins sifted through reams of texts messages to & from management & photos of conditions to prepare the evidence for court and Atty Jifkin prepared me to testify. The lawyer for the real estate conglomerate had been personally nasty to me before So Cal Tenants accepted me as a client and he has a reputation for not giving an inch, but Atty Jifkins was able to win concessions through negotiation without me. I'm so grateful for the expertise, kindness and skill of everyone at SoCal Tenants Resource.

If I could I would add more stars . I recommend you raza to give them an opportunity to help you fight an eviction case specially against slumlords .Thanks to Andres I am walking out with a clean sealed record and some settlement money. Let’s not forget about Josue who always helped and answered all the questions I had . If you going through an eviction case this is the place to go . I was so sacred and nervous when I got a eviction notice that I didn't know who to call. The Better Business Bureau recommended Alatorre & Associates and l'm so glad they did. Josue (Paralegal) explained everything and kept us posted every step of the way. I would call the office if I had questions and he would return my phone calls that same day

Alatorre & Associates is a A+ Law firm who I highly recommend. Andres went above and beyond for my mother. She was wrongfully evicted.
