I am really pleased with the counseling services that Ms. LaWanda provides. I started seeing her a few months ago and I feel like the issues I have and my anxiety levels are starting to turn around. She has provided many tools and examples of ways to deal with how I see myself and the way I respond to others. Implementing these examples help me reduce some self-defeating behaviors. She’s very thoughtful and down to Earth. Ms. LaWanda’s professionalism is top notch! Which is very hard to find in the current atmosphere we live in. She schedules appointments that are convenient and always reminds me at the end of each session that she is here if I need her before the next one if something comes up, offering her email, a call or a text if more comfortable with the latter. I am grateful to have a skilled Therapist who treats her clients like people and not just a herd of cattle passing through.
