Shin's has become a second home for me. I have been a part of Shin's for almost 10 years now and I have gained immense experience not only pertaining to my martial arts skills, but also my leadership, maturity, and growth. I can say with full confidence that the instructors and especially Grand Master Shin are here to watch you grow and succeed as a person. There are a variety of classes for all age ranges and many leadership opportunities for us to take upon. The instructors and Grand Master Shin are easy to become close to and it is evident how much they care about their students. I would recommend Shin's to anyone seeking to learn martial arts skills as well as the life skills of maturity and leadership all while having fun.

Our two boys have been training at Shins Family Martial Arts Center since 2016. From day 1, we have loved the quality of instruction and rigor of the program. We especially appreciate the way all staff build meaningful relationships with the students. Our kids like the variety of classes, which are tiring and fun. They also offer excellent leadership opportunities--all the junior instructors are well trained, hard-working, patient, and respectful. My son loves coming to Shin's for classes and camp! The staff is amazing and greets every child with such warmth and respect - it's really nice to see. Safeguard is the current favorite class, although the trampolines in Kick and Flip are a close second. Shin's was our social lifeline during COVID and we really appreciated how they handled the whole pandemic. Highly recommend - great way to get out energy and build friendships!

My three boys all attend Shin's. It's never a chore trying to get them to go, which is a win in my book. I love that we can pick and choose which classes we can attend each week. They are very fun and friendly. The kids all seem to get along. We also love the variety of classes they offer. I am always recommending this place to parents that want to put their kids in some kind of activity during the week.

An amazing after school facility and martial arts classes in SCV. The instructors are patient, encouraging and skilled in teaching martial arts skills but also confidence / leadership. The instructors truly connect with their kids and the families which makes them feel like part of the family. They provide a wide array of classes that my son has been able to attend and because of the number of classes, there is greater flexibility when our schedules need to pivot.

An outstanding facility with outstanding staff. My child has been going to Shins for over four years and loves it and the people there. After school care, martial arts lessons, and programs cant be beat in the Santa Clarita valley.
