Wow, this was just what I needed! While on a road trip from Northern California through Santa Ynez to San Diego, my back really started to hurt from the long hours on the road. During our stay in Santa Ynez, we booked a one-hour session of sauna and cold plunge. Three circuits of one to two minutes in the cold plunge, followed by eight to ten minutes in the hot sauna, were exactly what my back needed. I felt so much better for the rest of my stay and as I continued to travel through Southern California. I highly recommend this restorative stop!

Absolutely loved Shift Studio! What a beautiful and intentional space! Had a terrific 40:20 class that was perfect for a Monday evening. The owner/ instructor was kind and thoughtful — she was terrific. Check this studio out!
