When we started looking for an Assisted Living place for our mother, we had no idea how to even start and were overwhelmed. A facility director suggested we meet with Peggy Renker and her organization. Peggy listened, asked thoughtful questions and demystified the process for us. All of us, including our mother, could not be happier with the results. Our mother is happily and appropriately settled. Peggy went the extra mile for us, even meeting with our mother herself and offering us guidance, kindness, and professionalism. Peggy knows all the options and criteria and the facilities we looked at also spoke highly of her.

Working with Peggy was straight forward and easy. She worked with us and the discharge planner from the hospital to find the very best placement possible for our mom. It took us a couple of rounds of looking at various board and care homes, but our mom is in one now and very content. Then, Peggy kindly and graciously checked in to make sure we had a good fit. Jennie Walsh and her team were lifesavers during a very stressful time for me when trying to locate post-hospital/rehab housing for a friend I was helping. Jennie found a great option and continued to be a liaison between us and management until an apt. could be secured. She continued to follow-up with phone calls and A LOT of emotional support for me in an area of which I had no idea of what I was doing. I would recommend Jennie or Peggy to anyone seeking help or guidance in finding appropriate housing for a loved one.

I was very fortunate to find and work with Peggy and Wendy in the process of helping a family find a care facility for their parents. Peggy and Wendy met with the family members and assessed the situation. They reviewed and evaluated their financial status and recommended several care facilities that fit the level of care needed and was within their financial ability. They accompanied us to each facility and helped evaluate and decide which one would work best. After deciding on a home, Peggy and Wendy helped complete all of the paperwork and were there to make sure the transition to the new home went smoothly. I am so glad we found them and I have since recommended them to others who have had the same great experience. They are caring, honest, trustworthy and there at every turn that surely comes up when your in this process.
