I have had the pleasure of having Sara as my therapist for several years. I can truly say that therapy has changed my life. Sara's compassion, honesty, attitude, and knowledge make the experience of therapy a positive one. Though therapy itself can be challenging, Sara's thoughtful approach to sessions make everything worth it. I can happily say I've changed in many ways for the better through my work with Sara, and have been able to utilize the tools she's given me to gain strength in combating mental health issues. Due to my years of success in therapy I have become an advocate for it to all of my friends and family. After reaping the benefits, I've decidedly become pushy about others seeking therapy and how much they can potentially gain. I should also add that I'm not usually a pushy person, so this says a lot about Sara's skill as a therapist! Thank you Sara for all that you do for your clients.

Sara is the best of the best! I was very nervous to start therapy, but she made it so easy to share my thoughts and feelings. I never once felt any sort of judgement, but rather was empowered to take steps to change my life for the better. I highly recommend her!

We had some sessions. She cued in to issues I had with my dad and drew a comparison to a guy coworker I was being harassed by. The guy was coercing morning hugs from me, making trash jokes, and (my word against his) attempted to body check me after I reported him. I was really taken aback by the passion that she exhibited in advocating that I treat him with compassion. Then things got worse at work. Overall, Sara exhibited poor listening skills and I not only felt unsupported, I felt my experiences were being invalidated by Sara. I took the free sessions for the structure it provided and sought another therapist. Lesson learned: Do not go with a LPCC.

I’ve been seeing Sara for a couple of months now and it has been absolutely wonderful. She is so kind and compassionate and a great listener. Every visit I feel very comfortable even when I’m opening up about something difficult. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for support!
