Whole foods as usual, low value, just because many companies around there, drilling lunch and dinner time, it has long line waiting for pay, and hard to find seat for eating.
Book Inc is pretty good. However, it's hard to buy a paper book, because of Kindle.
Pee's is expensive than Starbucks, no choice.

People in the leasing office were nice most of the times, but upon moving out when you go in and ask to clarify the massive move out charges they became very rude. They look at you like "whatever you say whatever you have proof of we dont care, you just got to pay". They switched out of of the room carpet claiming its ruined with a big stain. I showed them a video that I took the day I moved out proving there were no stain, but they just totally ignore that. However the pictures they took also dont showed the stain. They said: "its not clearly shown in the photo, but we say its there then its there". Very terrible experience, the office people look at me like " what do you want, stop asking and pay" attitude. Very disappointing.

Absolutely a parking nightmare, the worst place in South Bay. The structure (that has Whole Foods, Specialty and many other shops and medical practices) was not built for so many people and cars. They simply didn’t create enough parking spaces or were (wrongly) assuming everyone bikes or walks to this place.

Santa Clara Square is laid out nicely, with Whole Foods as the key tenant. There is the usual selection of banks and boutique stores, a thriving yoga chain (Core Power), and a number of eateries. Be sure to lock away all valuables and leave them out of sight because car break ins are common.

Good strip mall. Excellent Whole Foods, large Specialty's, Il Fernando. Parking lot is busy but you can always find a space.

Great facilities (Volleyball nets with beach sand, covered parking lot). A lot of places to eat nearby (Opa, Sizzlers, MacDonalds, Flamingo to name a few). Whole foods for grocery shopping. A bar next to Whole Foods. Good neighborhood in short.

Parking lot is terrible especially when it's busy (lunch time or right after work). Takes Forever to find a spot, if you're lucky, and right of way is often unclear or not honored. Feels like an accident waiting to happen 🙁

I am very, but very! excited about this new addendum in Santa Clara. I went to the grand opening yesterday and it was very nice, tons of freebies and I even won 2 tickets to go to the Circus Vargas (awesome organization). Even though the marketplace is still under heavy construction and many restaurants are still about to open (can't wait to eat again the tacos from Puesto, a very famous high end Mexican taco shop hailing from San Diego) the general consumer can find lots of things to do. Like shopping at the awesomely new Whole Foods (yesterday they had tons of items on sale), get some new kitchen apparel at the Sur-la-table or get some chocolates for your loved one or yourself at a posh chocolaterie conveniently placed. I was surprised that even later in the day I went again and the parking lot was already full, so I hope they create more parking spots. Great location for the guys and girls working at Ericsson, this is just across from their premises.
