Training space is always clean and has a positive vibe, instructors are patient and firm with many years of experience in teaching and well as their own continuous training. Great place to start learning Kenpo or knock the rust off if you have been away for awhile. My favorite studio to train in!

Trained here all of 2022.

Every instructor in this dojo is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to both Kenpo Karate and just striking in general. Making this probably one of the best karate schools in the state if not the country based on the instructor cadre alone. What they teach here works. Truly an honor to train at this dojo and if I am ever living in the Bay Area again I will surely return.

My boys have been training with ms.Dee since the academy opened. She has been nothing but professional, and respectful to my boys. They started out as children and have now become young adults through her guidance and toudalige. My boys started out at 6 & 7 years old and started out as beginners and are now blue belts. If you really want to learn and train in martial arts in American Kenpo, this is the academy I recommend. Ms. Dee is very patient and passionate about American Kenpo and is willing to train the next generation with open arms. If your not sure just go check it out and see for your self.
