The agents at the windows are absolutely useless. They don’t help with the forms they don’t tell you what forms you need to file. They don’t even have any knowledge of what forms needs to be filed. They don’t know what the next step is after you file a form they are only there to take your money so you basically go to the court. Take a number. Wait there for three hours to get absolutely no help nor any information. What a waste of time. this all could be done on the Internet. I don’t understand why they don’t have Internet or online filing. If all they are there to collect the money why can’t this be done online?

Judge Lowry wanted us out of his courtroom and was very clearly biased toward dad. Gave 50/50 even though he is aware that her father tried to stop my vehicle on the highway with our baby girl inside.

There has to be something that can be done to improve this court. I came to file an amendment for my divorce and the clerk refused to take the documents. Today was the only day I could take off work. I hope these county workers would have more consequences to their ignorant actions. Individual was at window 11, middle aged Philippine male.

Self-help center was very kind and helpful in providing the assistance I needed. Clerks office was fast and efficient. Grateful for the assistance they all provided.

This place is very non-efficient.
I'm speaking about the Clerks department on the main floor.
They have many windows with workers hiding behind some cardboard closed sign..
This place is literally hell.
I'm constantly feeding the parking meter.
And if you park out front, on the "white" curb you will receive a ticket from bike officer who is waiting for people to walk away.
This place opens at 8:30am, & I got here at 8:50am, my ticket is B030 & It's now 10:35am..
Nearly 2 hours just to drop/ file some documents..
This is ridiculous!!

Do not have your case heard by the commissioner Christine Copeland she is biased and unfair very unprofessional. Please have your case heard by an actual judge.

This is for the family clerks dept issue:
Numbering system is either flawed, or perhaps the clerk/employee does not know how to select the correct number and or perhaps skipped the # and assisted their friend/family member = doing favors. I pick the latter.

We've been waiting to be called for our #B1151 however, clerks have called #s out of sequence, one called for lower # and higher #.

B1167 was called in window 14, prior to our number and the other people next to us who had other lower # than B1167.

I approached the clerk in window 14 as to why he called for B1167 before our # (B1151) and he answered that it is based on the reason on what the individual is here for.

WHO is that clerk in window 14 kidding?!!!!
Can someone clarify this nonsense?

This court is a joke. Hayashi needs to be removed from her position as a Judge and this Court needs to appoint more Judges with a heart. You are dealing with with the lives and families of children and victims of domestic violence and then some. Looking into going to another county to file my case.

Currently have Hendrickson as a Judge. I'll keep you all updated.
