San Martin Gwinn Environmental Science Academy is a supportive community of teachers, parents, students and other community members. We strive to develop a climate of kindness and respect. We encourage inquisitive, purposeful learning. We have a science lab and a designated science teacher which students visit weekly. We have a garden in which students plant, cultivate and observe plant and animal life. Our Dual Immersion program is a strand of the school which develops bilingual and bi-literate students whose native language is either Spanish or English. Our amazing home school club supports the school in a variety of ways including community events, extra curricular activities and fun, informative assemblies offered to all students.

Sadly, I was forced to go here from 4th-6th grade because Morgan Hill Unified School District changed the Paradise Valley Elementary boundary when I was in 3rd grade. I was pulled away from all my friends and sent here. The school was old and tired when I went there back in the late 80's early 90's. The education was poor. I hope things have changed.

Was a student in 1972 to 1974 there was a fire department next to the school but I don't see it there no more . And a park next door to the school . and the train tracks are there still .ps was 5 years old until 7 years Old
