First question: does anyone at this establishment even read these reviews? My husband has been jacked around and around, moved from provider to provider, left without prescription refills. When someone already has bad mental health issues, not providing clear communication and consistent services is an absolute disgrace as a human services establishment.

I was informed that my Dr ( that I had for many years) was not given a contract to renew.Starting July 1st he will not be my Dr. They do not realize its going to change many lives and not for the better. Dr.Fructer goes above and beyond. I hope they know they are making a big mistake.

Initial intakes will tell prospective patients that there’s nothing they can do to help but provide a phone number for mental health services to reach out to independent of them. Second intakes will hear that a prospective patient has pressing and urgent concerns and will inform them that SBC Behavioral Health can and will help, will claim that they will reach out in the following three weeks, and then not reach out for months. Any deaths or injuries related to mental health concerns after this organization fails to reach out to community members who have sought help are the result of this blatant neglect. Do better.

I don’t know who hired some of the employees here. Gene is unprofessional in her role as she can be condescending, doesn’t communicate thoroughly, she ignores thoughts that don’t align with her beliefs which is annoying. Nadia cancels appointments and doesn’t communicate that with the clients and lies about leaving messages. Leslie loses medical records and doesn’t place them in secure spots. Your handicap door buttons hardly work which is illegal.

been trying to get help for about a year now, If anything all this place has taught me is that if you want help, they’ll just prescribe a bunch of medication as a quick fix. I requested a therapist since medication made me feel WORSE. Saw a therapist twice and never saw her again. Have been trying to call, make appointments, etc. and just get told that I’m on a list. It’s been over 6 months!

SUCH A JOKE! Their own computer system was down for 3 weeks! They had no way of providing any info. Then when it finally comes back up, they send out 10 day notices. Never even acknowledged the error, sent out apology letters, extended grace, or accepted responsibility! It’s CYA documentation they think absolves them of any accountability. Like the other review said, they just want to make money at your expense! They are NOT in the business of actually wanting to help people. SHAME ON THEM!
