I was not only lied to after them bugging me to do an intake with them. Non refundable I was lied to as well. I only was recommended to do 16 hrs and they tell me I have to do the 16 hrs $100 each plus 24 additional classes $35 each. Can you say it’s all about the money. I know what I need and I didn’t ask for the extra help they just want the money. Stay away!!!!

I live in kingman az called the local (928) phone number and told the receptionist I told her where I lived and what I needed. she said I needed to make an appointmen and would need to pay a fee of $110.00 I said fine gave them my card #.She then set up an appointment 3weeks out and in Mesa (over 200 miles away). I told her I didn't want to the appointment and cancel the appointment and give me a refund. I also said they need to let the person know their facilities are in Mesa and stop putting phone numbers of different areas. that was last week and nothing has happened, I even sent an email with a copy of the bank transaction, they were sure fast taking the money out of my account. Don't do business with these people unless your in Mesa or willing to travel.
