10/10! This is an awesome studio. The staff is super kind. The trainers are amazing. The workout is super fun and suitable for all levels of fitness (no prior boxing experience needed). The workout room is very spacious and all of the exercises are projected on a screen so you can easily follow along if you get lost. The music is great and they have earplugs at the front desk for those that might be sensitive to sound. Amenities are top notch - they have showers and everything you need to get ready after your workout. If you are thinking about trying something new, fun, and challenging this is the place!

Incredible staff who are not only helpful but also incredibly sweet! This gym has a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere that’s truly hardcore. I recommend it wholeheartedly, but be prepared for the party vibes—if loud music and high-intensity cardio aren’t your thing, you might want to reconsider taking classes here. All the instructors are fantastic and super cool. Overall, this gym is a solid 10/10! It’s absolutely worth it and will definitely help you achieve your fitness goals.

Disappointed with Rumble Boxing’s Membership Policy

I had high hopes when I joined Rumble Boxing, especially after they assured me that any unused class credits would roll over to the next month. This seemed like a great deal since my schedule can get unpredictable. However, once I signed up for the monthly membership ($99 for 4 classes), things didn’t go as promised.

Unfortunately, life got busy, and I wasn’t able to attend classes for a while. To my surprise, they wiped out all my unused credits—about 8 classes worth—without any prior notice or reminders. When I reached out for clarification, I didn’t get the resolution I expected.

It’s incredibly disappointing that they market their memberships with the promise of flexibility, only to penalize members for circumstances beyond their control. For a premium fitness studio, I expected better transparency and customer service.

If you’re considering joining, be cautious about their policies. Make sure you fully understand how their credit system works before committing, especially if your schedule isn’t consistent.

Been coming here off & on since they opened, yes I even survived the masking in class stage coming out of lockdown.
It’s obvi not as sparkling shiny & new as when it opened but I love it.
The hardest part is finding street parking at dinner times when the area is hella busy.
Pros:
1) combo lockers & showers & bath towels & basic toiletries, hair ties, ear plugs, and filtered water fountain provided
2) fast paced work out hits all major body parts
3) I like punching things. It’s best if u have a little experience about proper punch techniques- but they review it too
4) more spacious than other boutique style work outs. TBH IDK why Barry’s costs more when it’s smaller & less fun than Rumble.
5) my travel schedule made it impossible for me to attend consistently on a member level, but I now use class pass whenever I’m in town. Great value & convenient.
6) you can adjust your difficulty level.

You may want to bring your own small towel for about work on the bench.

Tried the first class here and loved that! It's the most spacious gym among those boutique fitness studios that I've been to, and it also has a small weight training room there.
The weight training bench is also different from other gyms. You have a complete set of dumbells right below the bench, and thus no need to pick up weights elsewhere. Nice design!
I feel maxed out after that class, awesome!

Rumble is a 45 minute boxing class. Four sets, 10 rounds. First two sets are three rounds each second two sets are two rounds each.

You start on either the floor or bag and then swap.

Giving this a 5 stars as the class was fun and the front desk team was super nice and let us into the class despite a class pass booking fiasco.

If you're working out here, you've probably been to Barry's and high probability you're a millennial that works in tech, just saying.

In terms of the class, I recommend getting the wraps they have at rumble, they're only $5 and much easier to take off then your typical boxing wraps.

Boxing: The bags are tear dropped shape which allow you to duck under and also do some cool exercises (crunches while punching the bag). The space can be a little tight but it's enough to get the job done. I enjoyed the boxing rounds and it was really up to me to push it, punch harder or faster. The pace feels right and the music matched well.

Floor: The floor feels like a mix of weights and plyometrics. Given that boxing is cardio intensive, I recommend using this time to focus on strength building and heavier weights, fewer reps. Overall, the floor feels like a breather before you jump back into the boxing sessions.

Studio benches are filthy. I wore a white tshirt and there were black stains all over it from the workout bench. I washed it several times, but ended up throwing it out.
